Acceptable Use

Users must comply with all applicable financial regulations including FINRA, SEC, and state-level requirements. AI-generated outputs must be reviewed by qualified professionals before client-facing use.

Liability

My Genie provides tools and automation assistance. Users retain full responsibility for all actions taken using the platform, including compliance with regulatory obligations.

SMS Messaging Terms

My Genie LLC may send SMS/text messages to the phone number you provide through our website at mygenie.tech. By opting in, you agree to the following:

We offer two categories of messages —Customer Care (support, ticket updates, appointment coordination, follow-ups) and Promotional (offers, discounts, events, service announcements). Each requires independent, explicit consent via separate checkboxes.
